Common issues.
My wearable isn't connecting.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and your device is within range. Open Rawdog, go to Settings, and tap "Reconnect device." If it still won't connect, toggle Bluetooth off and on, then reopen the app.
Still stuck? Email support@littlerawdog.com with your device model and iOS version.
No state changes are being detected.
Signal detection needs a stable physiological reading from your wearable. Check the device is worn correctly with good skin contact — a loose fit significantly reduces signal quality.
Rawdog may also need a short calibration window when you first start. Give it 5–10 minutes in a calm, still state.
The app crashed or won't open.
Force-quit and reopen. Check TestFlight for an available update. If you're on the latest build and it's still crashing, email us with your device model, iOS version, and when the crash happens.
HRV or health data looks wrong.
Check that HealthKit permissions are enabled for Rawdog in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. Rawdog needs read access to HRV, heart rate, and related metrics to function correctly.
If permissions look correct but data is still off, let us know — this is useful signal during TestFlight.
I want to delete my account and data.
Email support@littlerawdog.com with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll handle it within 48 hours. No questions required.
