FAQ
Common questions.
Straightforward answers. No jargon.
What does Rawdog actually do?
Rawdog monitors your physiological signals continuously — primarily HRV-based markers — and detects when your nervous system shifts into load or dysregulation. When it does, it prompts a quiet regulation intervention. No coaching. No scores. Just a steady signal when your system needs support.
Is this a wellness app?
No. Rawdog isn't about wellness, performance, or optimizing your health metrics. It's about regulation — detecting load and responding to it, quietly and proportionally.
If fitness apps and wellness dashboards feel like they add pressure rather than reduce it, Rawdog was built for you.
Does it require constant attention?
No. Rawdog runs in the background. You don't check it. You don't log anything. It monitors passively and signals only when your state shifts. Think of it like a seatbelt — present but quiet, active only when it matters.
