Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, account credentials.
Physiological & Health Data: Heart rate (BPM), HRV, EDA, temperature, step count, sleep patterns, and other wearable-derived metrics if HealthKit is enabled.
Self-Reported Data: Journal entries, event logs, questionnaire responses.
Technical Data: Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and analytics data.
HealthKit Compliance
Health data retrieved via Apple HealthKit is used solely to provide and improve the core functionality of the Service.
We do not use HealthKit data for advertising.
We do not sell HealthKit data.
We do not share HealthKit data except where strictly necessary to operate the Service.
You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling integrations or deleting your account.
How We Use Data
